Boxing
Boxing is a combat sport in which two participants of similiar weight fight each other with their fists. Boxing is very popular worldwide and today is conducted in a regulated way, typically in a series of one to three minute intervals called rounds. Victory is achieved if the opponent is knocked down and unable to get up before the referee counts to ten (KO) or if the opponent is deemed too injured to continue (TKO). If there is no stoppage of the fight before an agreed number of rounds, a winner is determined by judges’ scorecards.
Our boxing program is for anyone regardless of age or previous experince who would like to accomplish one of the following goals:
- Better Fitness
- Tone
- Become a Boxing Competitor
- Supplement Their Mixed Martial Arts Training
- Supplement Their Muay Thai Kickboxing Training
- Confidence
- Self-Defense
Boxing training is available MONDAY – THURSDAY from 3 PM – 8 PM. on FIRDAYS from 3 PM – 7 PM, and on SATURDAYS from 12 PM – 4 PM.
