Our Fitness Boxing classes are 60 minute training sessions that take you through a real boxers workout without the contact. You will learn proper footwork, head movement, punching techniques while maintaining a high paced cardio intensive workout.

 

 

 

 

Class Schedule:

Monday-Thursday: 6pm-7pm

Monday and Wednesday: 6pm -7pm and 7pm-8pm

Saturdays: 9am-10am
